Professional Achievements:
Dr. Schneider earned his medical degree from the nationally top-ranked University of Queensland in Australia and completed his orthopedic surgery residency and fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, one of the top-ranked orthopedic programs in the nation, in the world-renowned Texas Medical Center. During his training, he received the Resident Teaching award during his Chief Resident year and the Excellence in Orthopedic Research award. He has many publications in numerous peer-reviewed journals. He is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and hand and upper extremity surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (FABOS). He is also certified in the Stryker Mako™ Robotic Assisted System for advanced joint replacement.
