I have nothing to offer but praise for Dr. Britt, as I left her office feeling as though I had been heard, examined, and subsequently had a care plan in place that would enhance my life. She takes the time to acknowledge and hear what her patient is saying, and thus not only medication or therapy can be planned, but there is also the therapy that comes from just being heard by one's physician. It was a great experience. I only wish there were more Dr. Britt's and more time allowed for each physician so that all patients could benefit.

Dr. Britt is beyond excellent at all times. She is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to her patients' needs always. If she hasn't a ready answer to complex questions, she researches and gets back to her patients. Use of emails through the Portal is invaluable, and she assures that she or staff answer immediately and with appropriate responses...even if it be to make an appointment to be seen in person. She inspires trust and confidence always, and the office staff support her by delivering similar care. I only hope that Dr. Britt will remain in Flagstaff so we can benefit by her amazing care for years to come.

Dr. Britt asked me pertinent questions, answered all of mine, was very thorough and knowledgeable about my history and recent bloodwork, was patient, and provided a thorough exam. She puts me at ease and I'm thankful to have her as a valuable resource available not only during visits but all year long through the portal, as needed.

Dr listened to my concerns and perscribed necessary tests. Commented on test results but not super helpful about solutions.
