Dr Payne was very personable, he listened and most importantly asked relevant questions regarding my case as it was very confusing. He was able to take what the other referral facilities had said about my case and what I relayed to him and turn it into a cohesive narrative that I could understand. So now we have a clearer understanding of where my case confused the other facilities.
