Mr. Lach was a good listener. He asked appropriate questions and appeared to be knowledgeable about my past and current health issues. I agreed with the tests he recommended and felt confident he would be able to diagnose my current problem. He was knowledgeable about my disorder which was reassuring to me.

And, he's good at asking the necessary questions to get to the root other medical diagnosis. He is humbling and, not afraid to refer to a specialist if necessary.
