Care Philosophy:
Ms. Bailey’s philosophy is to provide high-quality, evidence-based, compassionate care to every patient and family member who walks into an NAH facility.
Medical Specialty:
Ms. Bailey works in a level 3A neonatal intensive care unit and cares for premature, surgical and critically ill newborns. She attends and participates in high-risk delivery situations and serves as a resource and educator to nurses, colleagues, patients and patients’ families.
Professional Achievements:
Ms. Bailey earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. Her master’s degree in nursing-neonatal nurse practitioner specialty is from Regis University in Denver, CO.
Ms. Bailey is certified as a National Resuscitation Program Instructor and a National Resuscitation Program (NRP) from the American Heart Association. She is board-certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) from the National Certification Corporation.
