Best possible experience Summer provided exceptional care

Summer was very nice and personable. I could tell she sincerely cared about my care by going through all the test results, she had very good explanations and metaphors to illustrate the info. When recommending treatments she shared her personal experiences which instilled confidence. I felt so reassured and came away with a positive outlook. The whole interaction gave me confidence in the future treatment, easing the thought of another ablation. Her sharing her personal experiences also enabled me to have faith that I can do what is needed. Also, she gave me a list of resources, including www.cholesterolconnect.org which I passed onto my sister.

I died twice , and have a lot of questions, fears, and not much understanding of heart attacks. Summer rushed me by saying when I said I had questions she said well I have two other patients that I need to get to. We were there early by at least 25 min. I left feeling more scared, and hopeless for the future. I felt like a number not a person. No care or concern whatsoever

She a caring person as a care provider and it was a very good visit with her during my appointment.

I was very impressed with this provider and her eduction on labs and medication and how explained to us where we could understand and how they work and what the results mean and even gave us a paper of the lab values and what is the normal values. She did a wonderful job.

SUMMER WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING ALL OF MY TEST RESULTS. SPOKE IN LAYMANS TERMS AND USED HER HANDS TO EXPLAIN HOW MY HEART SHOULD WORK WITH BLOOD FLOW AND HOW THEY ARE.
