I saw Claire Veltkamp, DNP instead of my regular Doctor. I sent a message via the Patient Portal the day before the appointment...I was scheduled immediately for the following day. Loved Claire...Excellent!~

Claire was professional and clinical, I only wish she had been more personable as the experience was missing the human touch, perhaps it was because she was training someone. Overall she was great technically but it was a bit mechanical.

She encouraged me to tell the story of my health and listened closely. She advised me about my blood test results and recommended decreasing my blood pressure medication. She also warned me about my bad cholesterol levels and encouraged my to discuss it with my GP.

I have never had any problems.
