Very nice and professional!

He was very abrupt and reprimanded me for asking questions while he was writing. I was no better off after seeing him. In fact, I was more distressed.

Every time I asked a question, he would talk louder and drown me out, so I stopped asking questions. When he speaks, 90% of the time, his eyes are closed, (yes- completely closed!) and he's not even looking at you. And, at one point he used the phrase 'let me be honest with you' which lands poorly with me, especially in a medical setting where I would expect honesty all the time.

This PA was not to my liking. He was very blunt; did not explain anything to me. He was in a hurry to get through the appointment.

Dan did a good job of reviewing my past knee history, he reviewed the xrays with me, worked on my knees for assessment of ligaments. Very thorough. His recommendations were good. I was administered a steroid shot, no pain, no problem. He did a thoroughly thoughtful assessment.
