Doc was absolutely amazing and awesome. He explained everything regarding my knee replacement surgery. Honestly, he's been the best doctor ever because in the past, I've been disappointed with orthopedic doctors elsewhere.

Dr Herzog was excellent in answering my questions and offering suggestions for continued care. I know he is very busy but I felt like he was in a hurry and seemed rushed. I never felt that way in previous visits.

I have very real concerns about the progress with my knee healing. I explained to dr Herzog exactly what I was experiencing and he seemed to brush off my concerns. His comment I've been doing surgery for 12 years on knees and I've never run into this problem. That did not help the situation.

Dr. Herzog was very friendly and caring. He explained all the details of my condition and the options for treatment, including which ones might just help symptoms but not solve the root problem. He didn't push any one treatment direction but made the options and pros/cons very clear.

I would like to tell my own , family and friends about this health care and medical physician. To get seen here .

I would have liked to discuss my concerns a little more, but felt he cut me off short & got up from his chair & opened the door like my time was up. I did not like that.

I came in with a list of questions and Dr Herzog welcomed them all! He answered everything, and graciously gave me any time I needed for further questions or explanations. Dr Herzog shows real concern for my understanding as a patient.

This visit felt very different from my first appointment. The first was positive and productive. This one was not. It felt almost confrontational. I just felt like he couldn't wait to get out of the room. I just prefer a kinder doctor who tries to understand
