Deborah Lindquist, MD, FACP, is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist with the Cancer Centers of Northern Arizona Healthcare.
Philosophy
Dr. Lindquist believes in being thorough and providing education and involving her patients in each step along their health care journey.
Expertise and Special Interests
Dr. Lindquist specializes in hematology and general oncology with a special interest in breast cancer, including clinical research. She has experience working with all types of adult cancers, including prostate; lung; colon, and kidney cancers as well as blood disorders.
Education and Certification
Dr. Lindquist earned her medical degree and her bachelor’s degree in medical technology from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha, Neb.; and a bachelor’s degree in zoology from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Neb. She completed her fellowship in hematology and oncology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. Dr. Lindquist is board-certified in medical oncology; hematology and internal medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Cancer can be a scary situation. I was put completely at ease. I ask a lot of questions, all were addressed. I have preconceived prejudices re: treatments, all of my issues were explained and addressed, and all my options were presented for me to make decisions.
