Dr Reed gives full attention to concerns or comments from me. He, in turn, explains well his observations & whatever course of action needs to be taken.

Dr Reed was gentle and kind.

Dr. Reed was very nice but I must have been the 1 millionth time he'd delivered this schpiel. Clearly, he's been in the business of women's reproductive health for decades and is knowledgeable. But the visit was more about, "this is the course of action."

No instructions as far as the medication, or possible side effects. I'm allergic to many meds.

Dr. Reed is very patient and took a few minutes at the beginning of my appointment to talk about a topic of interest to me, easing my anxiety about the appointment. He spent time explaining the rationale about tests related to my personal medical situation and did not in any way make me feel rushed or pressured. As the daughter of a physician, I appreciate his demeanor very much.

Dr. Reed personally called another provider while I was there to get me in. He personally called me after visit to provide me an update. When a Dr. personally calls that speaks volumes as to level of care versus just having the front desk person call me. I am so grateful to him

Dr Reed gives medical advice as if you were his own family. I trust his input, and use it to make my own decisions about my care, which he respects.
