First visit with Jeffrey Roth, but long time patient at clinic. Provider was uninformed about my history, unaware of reason for visit (routine follow-up since locum no longer with practice), and unable to track the history I provided. I had to repeat myself several times, especially when he incorrectly relayed the information back to me. He was also not personable - seemed distracted and rushed.

FNP Roth was very thorough, listened and was kind and professional. I would recommend him very highly to others

Very nice nurse practitioner gentleman. I never felt discounted or overshadowed in anyway. He took his time and yet stayed within the limits of our appointment time and completely help me understand. I appreciated his courtesy to me as well as his courtesy to his other patients. I appreciate it his lovely manners too and his wanting to be thorough about my condition.

I appreciated the time that was taken to listen and understand my history with migraines, and that I felt positive that information was included in the decision-making process for beginning new treatment. All of my questions were answered, and all explanations were thorough. Jeffrey Roth spoke a little fast, but I had no trouble following the conversation or getting clarification if needed. I especially appreciated that Jeffrey Roth took the time to make sure his pharmaceutical recommendations were covered by my insurance before prescribing and that required authorizations were completed in a reasonable timeframe.

Dr. Roth is absolutely amazing. We really like him. He shows great concern for our medical issues. Highly recommend him.
