“As a third-generation Arizonan and proud resident of Flagstaff, I’m honored to serve my local community by helping patients return to their daily activities with less pain, more ease and greater independence. I believe patients should understand what’s happening in their bodies, so I always explain their options and what they can expect during recovery. Then we work together to help them feel better.”
Care Philosophy:
As a former child athlete, Katrina Cuevas, PA-C, has experienced her own injuries and understands the recovery process from a patient’s perspective. One of her goals is to educate and empower patients to make informed decisions about their recovery and treatment plan. She uses pictures and real-life examples to make difficult medical language easier to understand.
Medical Specialty:
Katrina specializes in treating a broad spectrum of orthopedic conditions.
Professional Achievements:
Katrina earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ and her bachelor’s degree in public health from Northern Arizona University, where she minored in biology, psychology and Spanish.
