Dr Kozak was professional and went beyond in explaining and helping me manage my care. She was aware of my needs and accommodated my request to ease my planned travel abroad.

Dr. Kozak was very thorough in her questioning - she ordered labs & reached out through the portal as soon as she received the results.

Care provider did careful examination of problem areas, very good. At some point I had to inquire as to what course of action I should follow, I was told to continue doing what I was doing but without guidance. I had to give possible alternatives to piece a concrete plan of action. Dr did add one good suggestion.

The doctor asked standard questions and typed in my answers. She offered no advice, suggestion, did not follow up with more in-depth questions or show any concern. It was like talking to AI rather than a person. Very disappointed.

I thought the doctor was more interested in getting all the questions answered than she cared about me, personally.

I know Dr. Kozak has a reputation of being arrogant and uncaring. After my first visit she basically did all the talking. I called her on this at the start of my second visit, letting her know that when she did all the talking, I felt she wasn't being receptive to my opinion. She apologized and agreed to do better, and she has. My issue with her is the lack of follow up. I had to ask her three times to order my shot, starting in March. It was finally approved in July.
