Dr Mortensen always takes time to explain what's happening and why he wants to change medication or to keep me on the medication. His manor makes it easy to accept his medical decision.

Dr Mortensen is amazing - one of my favorites of all time! He is thorough in his assessments and listens with care. He gives me the confidence that my health issues are heard and an action plan is in place to monitor and either slow/stop progression of the issue or reverse it. Hes the best by far! He also touches base with my nephrologist as needed to ensure my treatment plan is optimized for both conditions. He is THE BEST by far!

I never give a "Very Good" as we all have some fault. So the "Good" rating would probably be "Very Good" in your eyes. Enjoyed my visit w/Dr. Mortensen. Thorough in going over my blood work. No changes were made & he explained the "why".

If I could give Dr. Mortenson more than a 5 I would. He is very knowledgeable yet listens to me and I actually feel like I'm part of my care not just being told what to do or scolded. He thinks out of the box and tries to stay ahead of what the insurance company may dictate so that I am on the best course of treatment and not hitting any roadblocks. He seems very down to earth, unlike most doctors and has a great sense of humor. He is truly an asset to the NAH team.
