Care Philosophy
Nancey Payne, LPC, has a direct and encouraging communication style. She helps clients feel seen and heard while recognizing that each person has unique needs. Nancey collaborates with a skilled team, referring clients to primary care physicians, obstetricians, psychiatrists and other specialists as needed.
Medical Specialty
Nancey offers holistic, compassionate care to children as young as two, adults of all ages, veterans and individuals battling addiction. She supports clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and/or ADHD through evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-focused therapy. Sessions are available both in person and via telehealth.
Professional Achievements
Nancey earned her master's degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from California Southern University. She is a member of the American Counseling Association.
