Nicolette Dragony-Goff, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner whose approach to care is guided by Dr. Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring. This holistic framework emphasizes compassion, empathy and the healing power of human connection. Nicolette understands that nursing is much more than a technical task. She considers the whole person – mind, body and spirit – and is committed to ensuring her patients feel seen, heard and supported. 

Medical Specialty: 

With over 15 years in the health care industry and over 10 years as a certified wound ostomy continence nurse, Nicolette specializes in complex wound and burn care, ostomy care, preventative holistic patient care and urgent care medicine. She has a particular interest in serving Native American communities in northern Arizona. 

Professional Achievements:  

Nicolette earned her master's degree in nursing—clinical systems leadership from the University of Arizona in Tucson. She holds a post-master’s certificate as a family nurse practitioner from Northern Arizona University, where she also earned a bachelor's degree in nursing. She is a member of the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
