Nirain D'Souza, MD, believes orthopedic care should be collaborative and tailored to each individual. With rapidly evolving treatment options, he works closely with patients to understand their activity level, expectations and recovery needs, guiding them toward informed decisions that lead to the best possible outcomes.

Dr. D'Souza is a board-certified orthopedic foot and ankle fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon. 

Professional Achievements:   

Dr. D’Souza earned his Doctor of Medicine and Master of Science in physiology from Chicago Medical School and completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, NJ. He went on to complete a specialized foot and ankle fellowship at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.  He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. D'Souza is an active member of professional organizations, including American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). He is notably the only board-certified orthopedic foot and ankle fellowship-trained surgeon in northern Arizona.
