Norma was incredibly informative about my pain. She used the MRI to show me where the MRI read-out was referring to and where each particular reading was located on my knee. She presented several alternative paths for alleviating/minimizing my pain as well as the pros & cons for each. She allowed me to ask questions and then provided very thorough and informative answers. I found her to be empathetic, willing to include me in the discussion rather than being directive, and had a very good sense of humor. It was a very good experience. I will be back.
