Rachel is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. She came up with a care plan, explained it, asked if we had questions. Made sure we agreed and felt comfortable with the plan.

It was one of the best visits I've ever had, she was so thorough asked me all kinds of questions told me things I didn't know, asked about me constantly, different things which no provider's ever ask. I hope she stays there a long time because she's going to be my provider from now on.
