Dr. Nagarakanti believes investing his time in active listening builds a good rapport with his patients. Active listening helps to create a better understanding of the lifestyle and health history of his patients, resulting in a better understanding of their current condition.

Education and Certification
Dr. Nagarakanti completed medical school at Bangalore University in India and a residency in internal medicine from Jefferson Abington Hospital in Pennsylvania. He completed a fellowship in cardiology from Louisiana State University and a fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology from Vanderbilt University in Tennessee. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society. Dr. Nagarakanti’s is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
