Ms. Aurelius earned a bachelor of science in microbiology, Magna Cum Laude, and a master of science in physician assistant studies from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
Ms. Aurelius is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), the American Heart Association (AHA) in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support (ACLS, BLS), and the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) as a Wilderness First Responder (WFR).

This was a quick hospital f/u, but she took the time to explain things to try to help avoid future episodes & if I do end up with c-diff again, to be seen in the office or ER asap.

Shannon's bedside manner was very bad. I felt like she thought I was stupid for making the appointment and she was very condescending. She really needs to work on the way she talks to patients.
