She asked a LOT of questions to help me distinguish my sensations...I had NEVER had these kind of chest pains. After laying down for my Echo...the condition did lessen quite a bit. When I then saw Shelby...it was only about a 2. She was very comforting

Loved the fact that Shelby has no problem admitting when she doesn't know something and tells you that she will find the answer and we will "learn about this together". She is doing a great job!
