Shilo listened to our past medical situations & concerns leading up to this visit & was extremely empathic in a knowledgeable & calming nature which was very important to us! All our questions addressed & plans for moving towards a medical solution enacted & explained thoroughly & not rushed through this first appointment at all gave us the feeling that our situation & feelings really mattered! After I left I felt like I hadn't seen a provider There was very little explanation of my labs. We spent more time going over my initial paperwork than we did discussing anything meaningful. She was nice and all, but I'm there to figure out what's going on.
