Care Philosophy 

Tylie Polatis, PA-C, MPAS, is dedicated to helping patients understand their cardiovascular conditions.  She takes time to explain treatment options thoroughly, empowering each patient to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Tylie believes it’s important for patients to feel safe and cared for and she communicates in a way that encourages them to express concerns and ask questions. 

Medical Specialty 

At Northern Arizona Healthcare’s Cardiovascular Institute, Tylie is part of a compassionate and knowledgeable team that provides a full range of cardiac care. She treats a variety of conditions, including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary artery disease and heart failure. Tylie holds a Geriatric Certification and is certified by the American Heart Association in both Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS). 

Professional Achievements 

Tylie earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University after completing a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
